1-To-1 Pupil Mentoring
1-TO-1 PUPIL MENTORING
When a group programme isn’t enough.
Some children need space where the conversation is entirely about them.
Our 1-to-1 mentoring provides individualised support based around the child’s specific needs rather than following a fixed programme.
Sessions can explore areas such as emotional regulation, confidence, anxiety, friendships, behaviour, school engagement, self-esteem, identity and understanding neurodivergence.
The difference:
Evolve Primary follows a structured developmental journey.
1-to-1 mentoring follows the child.

Year 6 - Year 7 Transition Pathway
YEAR 6 → YEAR 7 TRANSITION PATHWAY
Preparing for more than a new school.
Moving from primary to secondary school isn’t simply changing buildings.
For some children it means:
New Teachers.
New Friendships.
More Independence.
More Responsibility.
Different Expectations.
Bigger Environments.
More Organisation.
And a lot more uncertainty.
The Transition Pathway prepares children emotionally and practically for that change.
We work on:
Confidence
Managing Uncertainty
Friendships
Organisation
Asking for help
Emotional Regulation
Independence
Understanding secondary-school expectations
Worries about starting
Creating an individual transition plan
Ideal for delivery during Year 6, particularly during the spring and summer terms.
Educational Talks
Educational talks for schools and parents enriched in live experence and personal growth.

The Power of Being Seen
Staff awareness & professional development
Children don’t develop in isolation.
The Power of Being Seen helps teachers and school staff understand the impact adults can have on children who may already feel misunderstood, different or unsuccessful.
Using lived experience alongside practical understanding, the session explores:
- What can sit underneath behaviour
- ADHD and Neurodivergence
- Emotional Regulation
- Communication
- Connection
- Self-belief
- The impact of language
- Recognising children who struggle quietly
- Helping children feel seen rather than labelled.
Sometimes the child causing the least disruption is struggling the most quietly.

Beyond Behaviour
Parent & Carer Talk
Beyond Behaviour helps parents explore what’s happening underneath some of the behaviours they see at home.
Delivered through lived experience, practical examples and open conversation, it explores:
- ADHD and Neurodivergence
- Emotional Regulation
- Communication
- Connection
- Boundaries
- Consequences
- Confidence
- Behaviour
- Decision Making
- Supporting Children through difficult moments
This isn’t a talk about telling parents how to parent.
It’s about helping adults see behaviour differently and understand what their child may be communicating through it.

Whole School Support
Let's Support the Child and the system around them!
CHOOSE THE RIGHT LEVEL OF SUPPORT
Not sure which intervention you need? That’s okay.
The first step is a conversation. We work with the school to understand:
What’s happening?
Who needs support?
What support already exists?
Where are the gaps?
What outcome are we trying to achieve?
From there, we can recommend an individual intervention or build a wider Pathway Partnership package.
